InspectWise exists because of a pattern every Florida homeowner recognizes: a technician shows up for a “$29 tune-up” and leaves having pitched two thousand dollars of urgent work you can’t verify. We built a company around the opposite behavior.
What we believe
Prevention beats reaction. Florida runs air conditioners nearly year-round. The cheapest AC problems are the ones documented while they’re small — which takes a schedule, not luck. That’s why our core product is a protection plan with two scheduled visits a year, not a coupon.
Inspection comes before selling. Always. Every recommendation we make traces to a documented finding from the 18-point inspection — in writing, with photos where practical. We don’t recommend cleaning automatically, and we won’t install a UV-C light over a dirty coil. Inspect → clean if needed → protect → maintain, in that order.
“No” is a complete finding. If your system looks good, the report says it looks good and the visit ends. A clean report is our product working exactly as designed — we get paid to watch your system, not to find problems in it.
Commitments belong next to prices. The $149 member installation and the $19.99/month plan come with a 12-month initial agreement — and we print that sentence beside every price on this site, because trust that survives a careful reader is the only kind worth having.
