When an inspection actually finds something, members get member pricing on qualifying cleaning services and qualifying repairs — quoted in advance, never pushed.

Also a benefit — maybe the biggest one. Findings are documented, options are explained, and the decision is yours. A clean report ends with a handshake, not a pitch.
What the plan does not include — said plainly
- • Repairs themselves are not included. Members get member pricing on qualifying repairs, recommended only from documented findings.
- • Cleaning services are not included. When findings warrant them, they’re quoted separately in advance — see cleaning services.
- • Specialty/media filters are not automatically included — the plan covers up to 2 standard filters per year.
- • One plan covers one HVAC system. Two or more systems? Ask us when you schedule and we’ll confirm current options before you commit.
Why $19.99 — and why a 12-month agreement?
Because prevention only works as a routine. One visit tells you how your system is today; a standing twice-a-year rhythm is what actually catches drain clogs, buildup, and wear before they become July emergencies. The 12-month initial agreement is what makes the $19.99 price and the $149 member UV installation sustainable — we’re pricing for a relationship, not a one-off.

What is included in the Florida AC Protection Plan?

How long is the service agreement?
The initial agreement is 12 months, billed as 12 monthly payments of $19.99 — a $239.88/year equivalent. We show this everywhere the price appears, because a commitment you did not notice is not a commitment we want.
What happens after the initial 12 months?
The 12 months is the initial term. The full written agreement you receive before enrolling states exactly how the plan continues and how cancellation works after the initial term — you will have those terms in hand before you pay anything.
What if I have two AC systems?
One plan covers one HVAC system. If you have two or more systems, tell us when you schedule — we will confirm current options and pricing for additional systems before you commit to anything.
What is a "standard" HVAC filter?
The common 1-inch disposable filters most Florida air handlers and return grilles use. The plan includes up to 2 standard filters per year at your scheduled visits. Specialty and media filters (thick cartridge filters, custom sizes) are not automatically included — if your system uses one, we tell you what it takes and you decide.
Do you use high-pressure sales tactics?
No — the opposite is the business model. We document your system across 18 points, show you what we found (with photos where practical), explain severity and options, and let you decide. If your system looks good, the report says it looks good. That is what "We Inspect. You Decide." means.
Is the $19.99 membership required to get the $149 installation price?
Yes. The $149 installation price is specifically the member price — it is available when you enroll in the Florida AC Protection Plan ($19.99/month, 12-month initial service agreement, $239.88/year equivalent). That pairing is the whole point: the UV light plus the twice-a-year visits that keep it, and your system, checked.
