- 18-point AC inspection at scheduled visits
- UV system inspection and check
- UV bulb condition check
- System sanitation treatment (per finalized service scope)
- Up to 2 standard HVAC filters per year

- Member pricing on qualifying AC cleaning services
- Member pricing on qualifying repairs
- No high-pressure sales — ever

- Repairs and cleaning services themselves (members receive member pricing on qualifying work, recommended only from documented findings). Specialty/media filters — the plan covers up to 2 standard filters per year.
- The $149 member UV-C installation
- Available with plan enrollment: UV-C HVAC light professionally installed for $149 at member pricing. Installation follows an honest fit check; if cleaning is needed first, it is documented, quoted separately, and decided by you.
- After the initial 12 months
- Continuation and cancellation after the initial term are stated in the written agreement you receive before enrolling.
