What maintenance is not
It’s not repair. If a visit finds something broken or wearing out, that’s a documented finding with options and member pricing — a separate decision that stays yours.
It’s not cleaning. Deep cleaning of coils or blower wheels is separate work, recommended only when findings warrant it.
It’s not a sales appointment. The deliverable is a condition report, not a quote. Plenty of our reports end with “everything looks good” — that’s the system working.

You get the findings in writing, with photos where practical.
What is the difference between an AC tune-up and an inspection?
An inspection documents condition; a tune-up performs maintenance tasks.
