AC Cleaning Services — When Your System Actually Needs Them
Most companies sell cleaning as a default add-on. We treat it as a findings-driven service: the 18-point inspection documents whether buildup exists, you see the evidence, and cleaning gets quoted in writing only when it’s actually warranted. Members get member pricing on qualifying services.
Air handler interior cleaning
The cabinet around your coil and blower collects buildup from years of continuous Florida runtime. Interior cleaning restores the environment the UV-C lamp and your airflow depend on.
Evaporator coil cleaning
The wet heart of the system — and the surface that must be clean before a UV light makes sense.
Blower wheel cleaning
A caked blower moves less air while using more power. Symptoms show up as weak airflow and rising bills.
Condensate drain service
Florida’s most common silent failure. Clearing and treating the drain line before it backs up into your pan, closet, or ceiling.
How cleaning decisions work here
- Inspection first — buildup documented with photos where practical
- Written quote before any work, with member pricing applied to qualifying services
- Clean-before-UV honored: a UV-C lamp is never installed as a substitute for needed cleaning
- Your decision, on your timeline — findings don’t expire at the end of a sales pitch
Cleaning questions
Why don’t you publish cleaning prices?
Because honest cleaning quotes depend on what the inspection finds — system type, access, and how much buildup exists. What we do publish is the process: findings documented first, a written quote before any work, member pricing on qualifying services, and a decision that stays yours. No number gets invented at your kitchen table.
Is cleaning included in the $149 UV installation or the plan?
No — and we say this everywhere on the site on purpose. The plan includes inspections, filters, sanitation treatment per the service scope, and checks; the $149 covers the UV-C installation. Cleaning is separate, findings-driven work with member pricing on qualifying services.
Do you offer duct cleaning?
Ask us when you schedule. Where duct cleaning is genuinely warranted and available, we’ll discuss it against your inspection findings; where it isn’t warranted, we’ll tell you that too rather than sell it by default.
How do I know if my AC actually needs cleaning?
You don’t have to guess — that’s what the 18-point inspection is for. Common indicators include musty odors, weakening airflow, visible buildup at accessible components, and drain issues. We document what we find with photos where practical, and recommend only from evidence.
Not Sure If Your System Needs Cleaning?
Perfect — that’s exactly what an inspection answers. Schedule a visit and decide from the evidence.
